Founded in 2012, Awkward Access was built off the back bone of the long-standing Twilight Signs history after the owner, George Askaro and two sons felt an opening in the access and maintenance industry.

With innovation and an elevated level of training in alternate access and installation techniques, Awkward access has grown around the construction based industry for areas of height access, high rise solutions, height safety, architectural assistance, swing stage operating and scaffolding. Enabling an easy access method for those projects that might seem to be slightly awkward for using traditional machinery. 

It is through application of our ability to work quickly through the rope access systems and does not cause any disruption to building tenants, pedestrians or traffic and is the most effective way of completing installations or maintenance to a sign or building and is a practical solution without creating excess costs or disruptions.
